On Mo(o)nday, May 12th, we’re gathering under the light of May’s Flower Full Moon for a night of connection, embodied movement and breathwork, a crystal-infused sound journey with Reiki healing, reflection, releasing, and rejoicing!
With the Sun in Taurus and the Full Moon in Scorpio, we’ll celebrate the release of what no longer serves us and honor the transformations that are unfolding. This Full Moon may feel emotional. It may feel intense. But it will also be clarifying.

Linsey will lead us through a crystal infused sound journey while Deena offers Reiki Healing and leads us through a guided meditation designed to release stagnancy, realign energetically, and revitalize your body and mind.
Time and space to jot down any epiphanies, revelations, thoughts, and feelings and share any golden nuggets with each other.
And the end of the night, we’ll transition to the balcony to release and burn what is no longer serving us, shake it out, and optional *but highly encouraged* howling at the moon for good measure.
