I had no real feelings about turning 37, no stigma

This all started with a DM.

After stepping away from my wellness career for a few years, and a corporate detour (that showed me I didn’t actually want corporate, I wanted community), I came back to what I loved. But the landscape had changed.

When I created this account 10 years ago, it was to share a new part of my identity as a yoga teacher and student. And at the time, I thought that meant posting pictures of cool poses and sequencing, inspirational quotes, challenges. Over time @dee.y
