Mom-ME Time

"Mom-ME Time" is your invitation to step away from the endless responsibilities of motherhood, and recharge in a nurturing space designed just for you. Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, and mindful practices, you’ll reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit while building meaningful connections with other mothers.

This offering was born out of my own journey into motherhood. Motherhood changed me on every level. Mentally, physically, energetically, relationally, and spiritually.

The year I became a mother, I was in a way, reborn myself. Moving through the postpartum journey and figuring it out while also being responsible for a little human, was an experience to say the least. Fast forward four years and I am now mom of two little humans, and still navigating this motherhood journey, working to find a healthy balance between work, family, and life.
